However, users of vacuum pumps have noticed that after pumping sessions the member looks more massive than usual. Safety rules for working with a vacuum pump

A vacuum pump is a fairly effective tool for penis enlargement. However, reckless use will only result in injuries and darkening of the penis. Read this article carefully before using the device.

In no case do you violate the following rules:

  1. If you feel pain, stop the pumping session immediately. Find out what causes pain. If the cause was an injury, wait for complete healing before the next session. If the cause of the pain is, for example, pinching the skin, the problem should be solved and pumping should continue.
  2. He is never in a hurry. Do not bring the pumping session to pain! Increase the pressure (more precisely, reduce it, because a vacuum is created in the flask) smoothly, week after week. The secret of growth is not in crazy loads, but in constant competent training.
  3. In no case do not exceed 40 minutes of pumping per set! One hour is the time limit for a light load. Until then, you need to approach slowly. Consider two training programs:

I can't give you optimal pressure indicators, because for some 4 units will look like a tangible load, while others will not feel anything. Training kits

Rest between sets for 3-5 minutes. At this point, a slight stretch can be done. Before the next series, bring the penis back to 80-90% of the erection.

  • First set.Perform the first set on a light load: do not try to pump out all the air to maximize the penis in the first approach. If you start gesturing at the beginning, it will stop the growth. Everything has its time. Give a light exercise for 10 minutes.

After sets

And now a little more about increasing the load. Do not exceed the specified load for the whole week. The first set is light, 10 minutes, the second set is a slightly increased load and also 10-15 minutes, the third set at the same pressure is 20 minutes. In a week, slightly, just a little, increase the load for the first set, so the second set will be with an even higher load, the third set at the same pressure but for 20 minutes. The scheme is simple.

Therefore, week by week, gradually increase the load. This will help you achieve the best results. After a few weeks, when you gain experience, increase the duration of the series to 15 minutes for the first set, 20 minutes for the second and 25 minutes for the third.

With enough experience, you can upgrade and change your training program, based on the examples I gave.

Continue stretching the tunic until you increase the difference between BPFSL and BPEL to 2 cm or more, and then continue on the vascular cycle. However, if you have read all the previous articles and done it correctly, then you already know that.

Vascular program using a pump

List of exercises:

  1. Testicular massage - 5 min.
  2. Steam heating - 10-15 minutes.
  3. Direct traction of medium power - 5 min.
  4. Jelq - 100 reps.

Order of conduct

Moment 3 - Healing creams

At the end of the workout you need to use a healing cream. This will help heal red spots quickly and prevent darkening of the penis.

Moment 4 - Blood during pumping

With classic pumping, it is recommended to drink aspirin before training (approx. ed.consult your doctor first). It increases blood flow and prevents the formation of blood clots.

When exercising at increased loads, a few small drops of blood may come out of the urethra. This is due to damage to the blood vessels in the urethra. In that case, end the session immediately and give yourself a break of two weeks. During the break, take the drug "Ascorutin" to strengthen blood vessels or a proven analogue. After two weeks of rest, continue training, but start gradually: after two weeks of light training, return to full training.

Moment 5 - Sex after training

I believe that after training sex or masturbation is not worth it. Give yourself and your member a break. Have sex next time.

Moment 6 - Darkening of the skin

With active classic pumping, the skin of the penis may darken slightly.
